It’s nice to be able to get out in Alexandria and enjoy all that this overgrown suburb has to offer. This popped up on my instagram feed, so it was the perfect excuse to spend a summer afternoon by the waterfront in Old Town.
The installation is a work by the art, Alicia Eggert. Her work tends to focus on language, time, and be available in public spaces. I tend to prefer less abstract art, so her style definitely resonates with me. She describes more about her style here:
